well- exersizing speeds your metabolism and i find that if i've been exersizing for a couple weeks and then i go off my plan then i'm still losing weight- of course i go right back on because it won't last if i treat it that way! btw- i had some halloween candy not thatm much through- i got rid of most of it giving it out to trick or treaters and i went t-o-ting with my little sister but didn't bring a bag or anything...
