well- it could be just natural body functions- but then again you don't have to eat "tons" of junk food to gain a few pounds it could be just a couple extra cal. here or there- maybe something that you've been eating has a lot of extra hidden calories in it. then again- it's just another thing you can investigate. anyways- you can drop thase pounds this week. good luck!
