Ok, first of all, not eating breakfast and lunch is very unhealthy. VERY unheralthy. You should have a godd breakfast. My bud, who is almost the same stats as u, eats watermelon for breakfsat, which supposedly fills her up. She looks really Good. I think she is 5'6 and 155 ish. I dont really like watermelon, so i have a glass of water, and a nutra grain bar, or special K cereal. Special K works well. for Lunch, I have a sandwich ( usually tuna or PBJ ), bottled water, and either asmall bag of pretzels, or carrots. both fill u up well. When I get home from skool, i always have a craving for sweets, but I either do my hw to take up time until dinner, or watch tv/go on the net and chat with buds. It takes up a lot of time, and makes me forget about my carvings for food. I then have dinner (try to eat 1 serving, but u can have more if ur hungry :-) ) and finish up my hw. Exercise is goood! If u dont play a sport, ask ur parents to sign u up 4 1. I play soccer (although we had our lats game on sat, and i sprained my ankle lol) and it keeps me fit. Dont worry about what the other players think of u, i dont. I just focus on my health. I herd that if u eat an apple 20 min. before a meal, u wont be so hungry. See, the only problem wit hme is that i eat helathy on the week, and terrible on the weekend! lol
