| Reply from kiki, Age 15 - 11/2/03 - IP#: 64.12.96.xxx bigbb-c13906 hey hun. if ur worried bout your family eating at mcdonalds u can eat there too. just instead of getting a hamburger and fries or whtever have 1 have big salads like the grilled chicken ceasar. theyre really good and pretty filling just make sure you take ur time and concentrate on eatin so u dont eat to fast. also lik others said instead of pop get water and drink alot of it throughout the whole day. i mean ur gonna hafta pee alot but it really does work. and try to get some exercise. walking is probably the best way to start. walk every chance u get evn in every day life. like the stairs instead of an elevator. stuff lik tht. and u can still have snacks if u get hungry during the day but stick to fruits and veggies.i hope this helps. if u want nemore advice or wanna tlk email me at TQueenoftheCouRt@aol.com. btw ive neva had a bf either:) |
