ONLY drink water. I no everyone tells you this probably but it works! I weighed 180 at the beginning of the day and drank 8 water bottles and at the end i was 176! If everyone in your family is overweight, excluding your sister, then why don't you talk to them and tell them you really want to lose weight, and they should to. Then you could work together and have contests to see who can lose weight first to motivate you! I really hope you lose some weight and i will pray for you and your family! Bye bye! |
