When you look at food nd decide to eat it, do you ever stop to think.. "am I really hungry? Will I die if I don't eat this?" Chances are you're NOT hungry! And portions should be no larger than the size of your fist. Always ask yourself if you're really hungry or not. You may not even be hungry, you may be THIRSTY, in that case, drink water or fruit juice. Soda has no nutritional value at all. It makes me sad to read about your conditions and I don't want anything to happen to you :( Please try to change your diet. |
