That's what I'm trying to do too now (I use to be, um, larger but now I just need to lose the last little layer and add some muscle) The best way to really feel the burn on your abs (I love the burn!) is to do situps BUT really slow once go 10-15 seconds up and 5 down When I started I could fel it after 3 but I am getting stronger now. You will love it the burn feels so good and doing regular slow ab things take many repitions and I never feel it in my abs, always elsewhere so do this. Feel the Burn!!!
