| Reply from Rosie, Age 15 - 10/29/03 - IP#: 170.215.211.xxx bigbb-c13792 do you like volleyball? its great for the belly bc you have to stretch. also try tae bo- with friends, you can laugh and have fun, since it does seem kinda funny the first time you do it. soccer also does good for the legs bc with all the running, it will strengthen your legs w/out adding bulk. hope this helps! |
