Even if it wasn't served on a plate. Then start with 2o mn of walking and build up. Maybe there's an activity you like or sport or something. When you get home from school go outside and move around. Drink lots of water and eat good nonstarchy vegetables. I like to eat 5 200-400 calorie meals and I don't eat anyk kind of carbs except vegetables after 3:oo just to help me cut down. And the best advice is not to beat yourself down if you make an unhealthy choice and get your family and friends to help you. |
