I am not sure if Winsor Pilates works but I think it does, I have heard some success stories from some of my friends at school. Even if you dont lose a ton of weight at least u will be "centered" lol...My mom used to do yoga and she weighed like 105 and shes 5'7 so I think it works pretty well....
