not really- there are a lot of people who have very strict diets amnd they lose weight without exersizing. it's entirely possable. but it's also known that the people who exersized during their weight loss were healthier and kept it off for a longer period of time. just don't say that it won't work becasue i'm all for exersizing but that was a lie.
