make sure that you're always full with stuff that you can eat and that there are quick fixes with foods that you can eat always around if you're hungry or getting a craving. there are a lot of good stuff that you can make without carbs especially if you buy sugar substitutes- those really help...good luck and the water bottle idea is very good.
