hey hanne, just to leave you know, I wouldn't start slim fast because it gives you gaubladder problems.. like a gaustone. My mom was on it for a while and developed one after her doctor told her what it would do. But I don't want to tell you what and what not to do, but I would check with you dr. b-4 starting n-e thing.. Just worring about you.. ok
