| Reply from henry, Age 14 - 10/21/03 - IP#: 209.245.165.xxx bigbb-c13599 umm... i think its called emotional eating, like when u grab food for comfort cuz u feel depressed or sad or bored or nervous. i read that instead u can do sumthing to make urself feel better like talking w/ ur mates or go for a walk w/ ur dog or talking w/ a counseler bout ur probs or reading a book, or roller bladin ,,, stuff like that, so it keeps u from eatin. hope this helps. |
