Olivia's right! Drinking a lot of water gets rid of a lot of liquid in your body and make you umm poop more lol so you get rid or more waste. Oh and eating celery actually does the same as water-it burns more calories then u get from the celery becuase celery helps get rid of things-thats y they serve so much celery at camps for overweight children!
