if you worked really hard then you could lose 30 pounds- just eat 1500 calories(so that you can acctually stick to it) a day, lots of veggies and water(i know you've heard this all before) and at least 20-30 mintues of aerobic activity a day- do something really good like tae-bo or high activity dancing. i definately think that you can do this- i'm acctually trying to lose 20 pounds before my b-day on jan. 9...good luck!
