hey... the best way that helped for me is to cut your portions in half where you eat just until you are not hungary any more.. also do exercises.. crunches&sit-ups for stomach leg-lifts for legs and push-ups for arms..also walk about 1 block to 2 blocks 4 times a week do exercise 4 times a week also..alrighty? glad i could help anyone out..should lose about 10-20 pds in 3weeks to a month
