| Reply from anne, Age 16 - 10/18/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx bigbb-c13505 no- i can't help you. but i can suggest things to you so that you can help yourself- because that's all you can do is help yourself. eat 4 meals a day all of which should be evenly spread to 300 calories each. exersize at least 20 minutes of cardio every day if you can and everyother day do sit-ups and free weights and what-not with the cardio. drink a lot of water and try to not look for results for a little while. only weigh yourself once every week, if that. don't get dissapointed and just keep looking at it as if you get through one day good then you're one day closer to the body that you want. good luck! and make sure that you cheat once and a while in moderation so that you don't get too overwhelmed and ruin all of it and quit... |
