your goal is attainable, matthew, i suggest tae-bo it's a really great workout and it's fun, you definately know it's working when you're doing it. but if you don't have any money go out for a jog or even just put on some music and do some kicks and squats to the beat and make it fun. eat about 1300 calories a day, but if you can't stick to that eat 1500 cals a day and exersize more. good luck!
