i realize that you can't spot reduce but it's frustrating. i do tae-bo and jog and i occationally weight lift with 5 lb weights i do crunches too- i also speed walk on sundays- as i told you i don't need help with the exersize i know that i'm doing it correctly- i was just wondering if there's some reason that my lower stomach isn't bugding at all because that's why i'm not losing any pant sizes or if there's any tips for that area i would be greatful...
