| Reply from Jackie, Age 15 - 10/11/03 - IP#: 12.250.208.xxx bigbb-c13353 what kinds of excersizes do you do? if you do crunches and wegiht lift and all that, its all good, but you also need to do cardiovascular workouts like walking biking running swimming ect. because no matter how much you work out one single spot, there is no such thing as "spot reducing". You need to get the all over effect for yourself to get smaller. I hope I helped! :-) Good luck! |
