| Reply from shelby, Age 13 - 10/11/03 - IP#: 64.12.96.xxx bigbb-c13336 well first of all i feel ur paini weight 163 lb. i want to weight 100 lb or less.but first of all what i did was stop eating snacks i mean like chips candy and junk food and start eating like a bananna os something. maybe u could even make a fruit smoothie with fruit ice yogurt or tofu and some juice and blend it in a blender a very healthy snack oh yea just add a little bit of sugar because the fruit already has some natural sugar in it. just eat one snack a day and that includes dessert so take my advise |
