it's all weight distribution. i'm 153 and i wear size 14-16, it also depends on the jeans because i have one pair of arizona that are a size 13 and fit me kind of losly and then i have some jeans that are a little snug from jordache and they're 15/16 and all of my shorts this summer(i don't know what kind they were) were all 14. so it has to do with different jeans and weight distribution- like my waist is like 30"- but my hips and a little higher then my hips are like 39"...
