cut your portions down as much as you can stand with out becoming hungry so that you can stick with it- gradually lower the amount that you eat and make sure that the majority of the foods you eat are natural and healthy for you. drink only no-calorie drinks like water and diet soda. that's a start- and try to walk or do whatever you can- like deep breathing or something. good luck! this is for your health and i know that if you try you can succeed!
