Yeah swimming is a great sport..it works out your ENTIRE body it helps you sooooo much with losing weight its not even funny..you WILL see results in probably another month it also makes you have a high metabolism so you can eat fattning foods and you dont gain a pound..i kno this because i play waterpolo and do swim team for my highschool and i was exactly like you ...now i have dropped at least 30 pounds and have the body that i have always wanted.... stick with it it will pay off.i promise
