do cardio exersizes and squats. i was frustrated because i wasn't losing any in my lower stomach and i've lost about 17 pounds but i looked in the mirror yesterday and my thighs were a lot thinner then they used to be. i did taebo and walking and bellydancing and all sorts of exersizes- jogging's good too...
