well- if you eat a lot maybe you should try the atkins diet- because you can eat a lot of food as long as it has very little carbs. this includes a lot of dairy and meat that has low carbs- fats too. but what you can't have is sugar and bread and chips- things like that. you can look up how many carbs and stuff it has on caloriesperhou.com and you can have 20 carbs a day for two weeks- after you lose most of the weight in 2 weeks then you add in a little more carbs- i'm sure someone else can explain it better though. hope i helped. good luck@!
