try out different diets to see which ones you can stick to. definately cut out the junk or at least eat less of it- change small things untill they turn into habits like only drinking siet soda or water at first and then moving on to bigger things like eating less sugars...it might take a while but then you'll have it for a while too and you can keep the weight off that way if you have good eating habits.
