if diets are too frustrating for you- then maybe you should just change one tiny thing at a time- like onlydrink water and diet sadas and stuff- i know it doesn't sound like much but it's a change you can stick with and in the long run it'll definately show!good luck! i really really hope that the trainer works for you becasue that would be cool and i'm sure that if you lost 30 pounds then the rest would come off too becasue you'll be on the right track.
