i lost 15 pounds in 2 months by eating 1200 calories a day and a lot of veggies and i didn't drink or eat any empty calories- which is foods that have no nutrition but a lot of calories like soday- but i did drink diet pepsi vannilla...and i exersized a lot- but i didn't have to everyday...
