| Reply from anne, Age 16 - 10/1/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx bigbb-c13167 cut your calories so that you're burning more then you're taking in even if you don't work out. if you eat vegetables they're low cal. and high fiber so they go through your system fast and they burn more calories then they have in them. eat a lot of greens like broccli, asparagus(my favorite), letuce!, artichokes- and so on. they really do make a difference and there are ways you can make them taste great like seasonings- lemon and look up some other recipes you could use many of them in. also- eat a lot less sugar and salt because both of those make you retain water and make you a lot bigger.good luck! exersizing would definately speed the process also. but make sure that it's something you like. |
