stop eating a lot of sugary foods and fried foods. eat a lot of vegetables(as boring as that sounds find stuff you really like or recipes or something)and when you snck eat low calorie and healthy things. limit your junk intake drastically like everyday or everyother day you can have a small treat like half of a candy bar. at least for a while...
