For eating healthy you should only drink one small glass of pop or juice a day and the rest water , eat one small sweet snack a day and the rest fruits and veggies but eat 3 regular meals a day but dont over do it past one plate. For exercising you should do 50 situps twice a day ,50 leg lifts teice a day on each side ,and go up and down the stairs 10 times ( 1 up and down counts as 1) a day. Since you are innactive you should pick a sport you like and try it for me I have cheerleading every Sunday,Gymnastics on Monday,and Karate on Tuesdays. If your not into sports much you should try riding your bike around with your friends,walking the dog,going for a swim,etc. Hope this helps you out.
