After that increase by 5 carbs each week until you stop losing weight. 2) Look for low carb candy, cookies, diet sodas, ice cream, shakes, bread, and pasta 3) It helps if there is not a lot of tempting food around you. 4) Drink lots of water. 5) Keep track of how many carbs you eat each day. 6) Stay with it!
