HEre are some things that will help... NO POP! (did you know that if you drank one less pop a day that you will lose 25 pounds in a year without doing anything else?) DONT EAT PAST 8 PM! (Or else it will go straight to your stomach, hips, thighs, and butt!) Excersize! (You will lose weight if you burn more calories then you consume in a day) Be happy about who you are! GOOD LUCK!! |
