| Reply from Brittany, Age 14 - 9/29/03 - IP#: 68.185.68.xxx bigbb-c13125 you can eat meat,cheese,nuts,some fruits and veggies,salad,etc... stay away from bread (hamburger buns, taco shells), sugar,candy icecream,soda,chps you know alot of the junk and stuff. Theres a whole book about it that you can buy some place around town for about 5 dollars that tells you everything about it. My moms been on that diet since june and shes lost 30+ pounds, shes done so good that i just started on it myself...if thats what your gonna do i garantee you'll lose weight...GOOD LUCK!!! |
