Try these ideas: 1) get a good nights sleep every night 2) drink lots of water 3) If you are hunrgey try drinking water or a diet drink and see if it feels you up 4) Get lots of exercise Run, exercise, or play sports! 5) Watch the amount of carbs and calories you eat. try to keep them low. 6) Try to feel good about your self and stay positive! 7)keep at it Good Luck!
