| Reply from Cass, Age 15 - 9/25/03 - IP#: 205.188.209.xxx bigbb-c13069 heres a plan have a very healthy breakfats try and have fat free yogurt or sumthin like tht.......have some vegatbles er a dry salad at lunch...and try lean cuisines for dinner...throughout the day if u get hungry have fruit for a snack....and do not eat after around 6 30......try and start with an easy excersise everday like walkin a mile and doing 30 crunches as it gets easier start doin more intense workouts... |
