| Reply from anne, Age 16 - 9/24/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx bigbb-c13063 hey- well if how you were eating before worked then stick with it. if you're that worried though- then eat an apple between lunch and supper. the reason your metabolism slows down is because it has nothing to digest and it's not working- but you won't gain any fat just by not eating every four hours. it's only to speed your metabolism and so that your body has to work to digest it. |
