| Reply from anne, Age 16 - 9/23/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx bigbb-c13044 get a resistant band with the ball/ropy thing(sorry- don't know the tec. term!) so that you can do weight lifting with something you can stick in between doors to use. they're really great- exspecially if you get a booklet or something to show you all the diff. moves you can do with it... |
