| Reply from anne, Age 16 - 9/23/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx bigbb-c13037 instead of ruling out all your favorite foods like carbs or something in a diet just eat everything in proportions and calculate your calories. maybe you should try a 1500 calorie diet so that you can stick to it- just eat a little less then you do now of the same foods...it might help you stick to it- and exersize everyday for a half hour in the morning so that you have your exersize done with and so that you do it EVERY morning!!! |
