Im doing weight watchers! u weigh in every week and go to a class where they teach you a weight loss skill or sumthin that will help you. You keep track of points which is kinda like counting calories but its calories and fat put together so how healthy a food is. depending on your weight is how many points you get a day. you also get a little booklet or low point recipe each week. U can buy a cook book but they dont give it to you. It costs 10 dollars a week for the first 10 weeks then its 8 dollars.
