what kind of suggestions are you looking for. i know tons of stuff about losing weight, i would suggest if you wanted to get stronger to go to a gym (remember- muscle weighs more then fat though). Or cut down on what you eat. If you eat a plate full, only eat half a plate full or get a plate full and leave some that you don't eat. Exercising be4 you eat is a good way to speed up your mateblism. If you want more suggestions let me know.
