a realistic goal would and can be WHATEVER you want. if ou wanna lose 50 pounds, keep saying to yourself that you can and will and don't give up. you cn choose the goal. i would start out w/ something small like 10-15lbs and then once i've lost that i'd go on to 20-30 pounds and then keep going up as you reach your goals.
