my weight instructor i used to train with taough me a certain leg lift that tightens up your thighs and instead of them looking flabby they look trim, what you do: lay on your sid and lift you leg very slowly up and down and repeat that 10 times and turn over and do again, then bend your leg slightly and do 10 more, im pretty sure this works! love always , cayla
