120 would be a good weight to be sitting at if your a little taller than 5'4 but i dont know how tall you are umm maby you could start by doing 20 crunches every night to tighten you tummy and start eating a reagular 3 meals a day with snacking evry other day thats what im doing know i've been doing it for 2 weeks and lost 7 lbs already let me know how it goes by e-mailing me a bhbest@blackhillsbest.com
