It was hard giving up chocolate and candy and all that good stuff, but once I gave it up and replaced it with other foods that I really liked I didn't miss it. I found a bunch of desserts and stuff that I really liked that were good for you. If you really like ice cream by the "no sugar added" kind. The sme goes with jello. I have some others if you want them. I noticed everyone telling you to do weights trainning. That is what you need to do. It is an important key to weight loss.
