In January I started to *diet*. It wasn't really a diet just eating better. Replace all the chips and candy with fruits. It might be hard but chocolate is out. You have to start reading the labels on the foods that you eat. Try not to eat out a lot either. Remember this is what you have to build up you may not but ableto just start today and give up chips and chocolate. Also start to lift weights. Not only will they help give you a nice looking body but you will replace fat with muscle and burn fat a lot faster. One last thing, take your vitamins and drink green tea. It is really good for youI've lost over 30 pounds so far. I have about 10 more pounds to lose but I'm getting there. Good Luck!!
