The question is WHAT do you eat? If you say a lot of fatty or sweet food, that's probably why you stay hungry. For once eat a cucumber or an apple, you'd be suprised at how good it tastes. And the best part is that they have less calories than a candy bar. They will also give you more energy than a candy bar, that way you can excersise longer (see how everything goes in a cycle?). Keep the faith.
