don't stress out about it coz first of all your not fat and second of all stress causes you to gain weight! neway,it sounds to me like maybe you should just work on toning up. im talking leg lifts,crunches,lift weights...you should research on the internet about different exercises. but the only way to get rid of fat is aroebic exercise.
